We are always searching for skilled and enthusiastic volunteers who believe that individuals with mental illness are valuable, contributing members of our community.
SASHA volunteers play a crucial role helping us deliver the programs and services that make a difference! Our amazing volunteers contribute anywhere from 1 – 10 hours a week supporting activities like:

Spending time with mental health clients going for walks, having coffee, or engaging in other activities you both enjoy

Assisting with planning and participating in group recreation activities

Assisting with planning and participation in lunch groups

Updating inventories of items in SASHA houses and
in the SASHA store -
Shopping for SASHA household needs

Coordinating community donations
-
Supporting fundraising activities
-
Leading music appreciation activities
-
Providing pet therapy
-
Providing housekeeping help
All SASHA Volunteers are provided with orientation and training.
